The pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals requires to balance economic development with the use of natural resources. In Nepal, land, water, forests and other natural resources are the foundation of livelihoods and development activities. However, increasing population pressure, rapid urbanization, and unplanned resource use have raised concerns about the carrying capacity of natural resources and their long-term sustainability. In this context, answer the following questions: (a) Analyze why the concept of carrying capacity of land, water, and natural resources is important for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in context of Nepal. (b) How Nepal's development policies can effectively integrate sustainable resource management to establish the positive relationship between long term development and environmental aspects? State.
